Spa Snacks: Eat Well, Feel Great

Here at The Spa, we are always seeking new ways to delight your senses. In that spirit, we are delighted to announce that we have a brand new, fully-updated food menu. Because we believe that healthy eating should also be satisfying and indulgent, we collaborated with the Regency Hotel & Spa's Executive Chef, Alan Cook, to create an array of delicious options specially devised to nourish without guilt.

Enjoy Time with Friends and Loved Ones

We often set the stage for group outings. We see numerous bridal parties, mother’s groups, family bonding events, retreats, anniversaries, and celebrations. It’s really a great privilege of our field. With that in mind, we made sure to include shareable options that our guests could enjoy together, such as Fresh Vegetable Crudités, with a scrumptious fresh garlic tzatziki dip. Another tasty newcomer is the House Made Granola Bar, baked on site with whole grains, honey, peanut butter and just a touch of chocolate. Our more classic shareable items are a zesty Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and the Fruit and Cheese Platter, which features an array of decadent cheeses, crackers, and seasonal fruit. We also carry wine and cocktail options for the perfect pairings!

Healthy, Yet Hardy

A long, effervescent massage is incredible for a person’s overall health and well-being. So, too, is a healthy meal, filled with colorful, flavorful fruits and vegetables. You can beautify your skin from the inside with the YANA Age Later Antioxidant Smoothie. Our vegetarian option, the Eggplant Meatballs are served on a bed of low carb zucchini noodles and are absolutely packed with phytonutrients. The Replenish Salad is fantastic on its own, but you can also kick it up a notch by adding grilled chicken or salmon. Either way, our new spa menu ensures that you can take great care of yourself while we take care of you.
