We have made some policy changes, all of course in an effort to continue to keep our staff & guests safe due to COVID-19. We want to assure you that we are still very committed to continuing to provide our guests with a most a relaxing, inviting and refreshing Spa experience. We look forward to welcoming you to our Spa, and we thank you for your patronage.
Our Jacuzzi is currently closed.
We require that all patrons wear face coverings during their service.
If you are booking a facial, your aesthetician will go over protocol with you to ensure you receive the safest and most beneficial treatment possible.
We ask that you arrive in the Spa no longer then 10 minutes before your service.
Credit Card payment is strongly encouraged.
Our saunas & steam rooms are remaining closed until further notice.
During booking and again upon arrival we will ask the following questions:
Do you feel ill or are you caring for someone who is ill?
In the past two weeks, have you been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19?
We are not offering couples services at this time. We are staggering the start times of services to limit the number of people at any given time in our lobby area. An effort will be made to start services as close together as safely possible.
Making an Appointment:
Please call the Spa at 207-871-7054 to make your appointment. All appointments are booked over the phone and we do require a credit card to hold your booking. Spa Coordinators are normally available daily, from 9am to 6pm to assist you with the reservation process. We encourage you to leave a voicemail if you call after hours.
You must be at least 16 years old to have a spa service or enter the spa facility.
Arriving at Your Appointment:
Hotel valet parking is complimentary when you are visiting the spa.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 48 hours in advance for weekend appointments. If you do not show for your appointment or if you cancel after the deadline, we will charge your card for the full price of the appointment, unless you are cancelling due to illness.
We happily accept SpaWeek gift cards. Please let the spa desk know that you have gift cards when you check in for your appointment.
